Service Description
Braid down to last longer With leave out To insure the integrity of my work, Hair must be purchased by me prior to appointment I will no longer work with low quality hair. Please reach out prior to your appointment to order bundles. Hair takes 3 business days to arrive. If hair is purchased elsewhere there will be a $40 dollar fee. I am not responsible for the longevity of your hair style if outside hair is brought in.
Service & Cancellation Policy
There is a no refund policy on all services. No call no show, client will be blocked from scheduling future appointments. Same day cancellation 100% of scheduled appointment will be charged. Fee will have to be paid before any future services can be scheduled. Cancellations 48 hours or less, a $40 fee is required for taking up an appointment slot. If a deposit was paid and you have to cancel 48 hours or less, it is forfeited and will not be refunded. Any changes to an existing appointment must be done 48 hours in advance to allow time for the service to be done. The service booked must be what you are getting done. Time is not allotted for same day appointment changes. If the request is with in reason, an exception may be given.
