No children allowed unless being serviced. No extra guests.
Payment methods
Experience Brandis hairstyle salon and shop accept all major credit/debit cards through PayPal company. Sales tax is charged when using the card machine. Your information are automatically encrypted for your privacy and security. Our website does not collect personal data.
Privacy Policy
Experience Brandis hairstyle salon and shop will not sell or trade any of your information. Your privacy is very important to us. We insure your personal data by using a secure server with Zettle. Our webpage does not collect any personal information nor have any access to banking information.
Returns/ Refunds
Returns and refunds are not accepted. Please be sure you are aware what you are purchasing before you buy. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot make any changes. If there is any issues with quality of a product upon delivery, please contact us to make it right.
Shipping policy
All orders placed will shipped via USPS Priority mail. Orders can take 2-3 business days for arrival depending on shipping date. Please be aware holidays and adverse weather conditions can delay packages.
Stolen or lost packages
Once orders are shipped, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. Choosing a signature confirmation at checkout will provide more security for delivery. If you feel like your package has been lost or stolen, please reach out to USPS to start an insurance claim.

By purchasing and using our products, you will not hold our company liable for any problems that may arise from the use of our products. Our products are not intended to heal, treat, cure or prevent diseases.

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
Cancellation policy
There is a no refund policy on all services. No call/no show, no future appointments. Same day cancellations 50% of scheduled appointment is due before rebooking. Cancellations 48 hours or less, a $40 dollar fee is required for taking up an appointment slot, or risk loosing your deposit.
